<li>Support the Admin team in enhancing the VoD user interface by applying innovative solutions such as stripes, recommendation engines, and middleware integration.</li>
<li>Maintain updated documentation, change logs, SOPs, KPIs, and performance statistics.</li>
<li>Supervise Playout Operators during live feeds and recordings (approx. 20 hours per week during evenings and weekends).</li>
