<li>Handle corporate client requests across all official company channels, including telephone, emails, and social media;</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely information about the GO Group products, services, and policies. This includes the provision of technical assistance to the clients that would lead to a successful sale;</li>
<li>Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions;</li>
<li>Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients;</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships;</li>
<li>Attend networking events, both physically and virtually, to expand business connections and promote GO and its subsidiaries;</li>
<li>Promote the GO’s and its subsidiaries, products and services to corporate clients through targeted sales strategies;</li>
<li>Follow up on quotes sent, product reservations, and orders to secure successful transactions;</li>
<li>Track client purchases and proactively update customers on order status;</li>
<li>Customer Feedback &amp; Service Improvement: Collect and document customer feedback on orders and deliveries to improve service quality;</li>
<li>Work closely with management to implement service enhancements based on customer insights;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and procurement to ensure smooth client interactions;</li>
<li>Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to better assist corporate clients;:</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and order statuses;</li>

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are able to connect with absolutely anyone. Our contact centre team values a customer-centric approach and ensure, more than anything else, to provide support to our customers in the best way possible.&nbsp;
The role of customer care agent is critical for us. You will often be the primary point of contact for our customers when they really need us the most. Your mission is to interact with customers through various channels, providing general service/product information and troubleshooting service or technical problems.&nbsp;
Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position 40 hours/week Monday to Sunday on a scheduled roster. Availability of evenings and weekend work is required.

<li>Strong command of verbal and written communication in the English and Maltese language;&nbsp;</li>
<li>In possession of a school leaving certificate and/or MQF Level 1, and/or 1-year continuous working experience;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in MS computer applications;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to think on your feet and meet customers at their level;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to multitask effectively and handle stressful situations appropriately;&nbsp;</li>
