<li>Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions;</li>
<li>Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients;</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships;</li>
<li>Attend networking events, both physically and virtually, to expand business connections and promote GO and its subsidiaries;</li>
<li>Promote the GO’s and its subsidiaries, products and services to corporate clients through targeted sales strategies;</li>
<li>Follow up on quotes sent, product reservations, and orders to secure successful transactions;</li>
<li>Track client purchases and proactively update customers on order status;</li>
<li>Customer Feedback &amp; Service Improvement:</li>
<li>Collect and document customer feedback on orders and deliveries to improve service quality;</li>
<li>Work closely with management to implement service enhancements based on customer insights;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and procurement to ensure smooth client interactions;</li>
<li>Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to better assist corporate clients;:</li>

Corporate Sales Specialist

The role of customer care agent is critical for us. You will often be the primary point of contact for our customers when they really need us the most. Your mission is to interact with customers through various channels, providing general service/product information and troubleshooting service or technical problems.&nbsp;
Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position 40 hours/week Monday to Sunday on a scheduled roster. Availability of evenings and weekend work is required.

<li>Measure and feedback 3P products results in terms of ROI and customer take-up monthly against pre-agreed KPIs and targets;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support CRM activities to increase customer take-up across all sales and communications channels;&nbsp;</li>
<li>May be assigned different duties in accordance to Group exigencies from time to time.&nbsp;</li>
