We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Revenue & Fraud Prevention who is responsible for the overall governance, integrity, and protection of the Group’s revenue streams. The role provides strategic oversight of revenue assurance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, revenue accounting, and tax compliance processes.
The Manager ensures strong internal controls across billing systems, revenue recognition, fraud monitoring, VAT and excise compliance, regulatory accounts, and debtor integrity. The role leads a team of senior finance and fraud professionals and acts as the primary escalation point for complex revenue, fraud, and regulatory matters.
Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
- 7–10 years’ experience in accounting, revenue assurance, audit, telecom finance or risk management
- 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with revenue assurance systems (e.g., Subex), billing systems (e.g., Cerillion), and ERP platforms.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, VAT compliance, and audit coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition and internal controls.
- Strong understanding of telecom billing environments.
- Strong VAT and excise tax technical knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.
- Strong data interpretation and risk analysis skills.

- Define and lead the Group’s revenue assurance and fraud prevention strategy.
- Establish robust internal control frameworks across revenue streams and billing systems.
- Oversee effective use of Subex and billing platforms to prevent revenue leakage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and liaise with auditors.
- Oversee VAT and excise tax compliance across the Group and subsidiaries.
- Lead, mentor and develop Senior Accountants and the Fraud Prevention Specialist.
- Drive automation, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide revenue risk insights and reporting to senior management.
