As our Wholesale Operations Specialist, you will act as the key interface between carriers and local operators, ensuring wholesale service issues are resolved quickly and effectively. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in protecting revenue, improving performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

This is more than a coordination position, it’s an opportunity to influence business outcomes, optimize processes, and help shape service excellence.

Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a telecommunications customer-facing, back-office, or similar operational role

• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and billing platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• A positive, proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly

• Comfort working with data and financial metrics

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT or related field

• Experience in budgeting and account management

• Advanced Excel Skills

• Establish and maintain business relationships with carriers and local operators.

• Act as the primary interface for wholesale services, handling client-raised issues.

• Manage order progress and delivery status to ensure process compliance.

• Monitor business performance for high-revenue lines and analyze figures to suggest improvements to management.

• Drive business process improvements and proposing adjustments in service offerings.

• Draft budgets and track variances throughout the year.

• Generate and monitor all operational reports including gap analysis on performance.

• Act as a point of reference for both commercial and technical changes within the company.

• Escalate challenges and flag any noncompliance or risks identified in the process.
