Job Purpose
The Contact Center Sales Support Agent ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely completion of sales orders, acting as a key link between sales and service activation.

What we're looking for:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Maltese would also be considered as an asset
• Proven hands on experience using Salesforce and Cerillion, preferably with end to end sales order experience
• Strong knowledge of GO products, services, and internal processes
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Preferably, a 1 year of experience in a similar processing or operational roles
