About You:
We’re looking for a People Success Coordinator who’s excited to support our HR operations and gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll get involved in lifecycle processes, people development, payroll, wellbeing, reward and recognition, employer branding, and performance management ... all while learning, growing, and being supported by a collaborative People team.
Your Day Will Look Like This:
- Assist and support with day-to-day employee matters, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate;
- Handle the entire work permit application process;
- Provide administrative support relating to the employee lifecycle to the People team on tasks and projects as required;
- Provide administrative support for payroll across subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely data submission;
- Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding experience preparation;
- Assist with the offboarding experience of employees;
- Support with training and development administration;
- Create reports, update policies and assist with the collection, tracking, and maintenance of people-related data;
- Handle employee document management in line with Data Protection requirements; and
- Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.
To Grab Our Attention, You’ll Need:
- A minimum one year's experience working in an administrative position;
- A minimum MQF Level 4 certification;
- Enjoy learning, pay attention to the little details, be organised and can manage your time when working on a variety of HR tasks; and
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite.
You’ll Get A Super Like If Have:
- A certification in Psychology and/or Human Resources Management, or currently studying towards one;
- Sound understanding of Maltese employment law.
