You’ll work hands-on with chillers, VRFs, CCUs, and split units, making sure they’re energy-efficient, reliable, and fully compliant with safety standards. Your days will include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting tricky faults, coordinating and supervising contractors, and ensuring our HVAC systems are always ready to support business continuity.

If you enjoy solving problems, taking pride in well-run systems, and being the reason everyone stays cool and comfortable, this role is for you!

Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a technical role involving HVAC installations or maintenance.
  • Certification or training in refrigeration and air-conditioning.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC maintenance, fault finding, and system installations.
  • Familiarity with CCUs, Chillers, VRFs, and climate control systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics, layouts, and commissioning reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose HVAC issues effectively.

This is how you can hit a few more plus points for this position:

  • MCAST or technical institute qualification (MQF Level 3 Diploma) in Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning.

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Carry out inspections, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including CCUs, chillers, VRFs, and split units.
  • Diagnose and resolve HVAC-related issues efficiently, ensuring comfort and operational continuity.
  • Conduct regular system testing to verify compliance with performance and safety standards.
  • Assist in surveying facilities and HVAC systems, reporting deficiencies or risks to superiors.
  • Assist in surveying facilities and electrical systems, reporting any deficiencies or risks to superiors.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs carried out.
  • Supervise contractors during HVAC works, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Prepare tools, materials, and documentation required for assigned tasks.
  • Participate in the on-call roster and respond to emergency requests.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors, including ad-hoc assignments.
