Bring your skills to life

Are you hands-on and ready for your next challenge?

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver keeping our GO sites safe, functional, and looking their best. From fixing and maintaining everyday essentials to tackling a variety of practical tasks, no two days will be the same. You’ll take care of general maintenance and repairs across our sites — including carpentry, plumbing, painting, furniture fixes, and small technical jobs — while also lending a hand with equipment installations and supporting specialised technicians when needed.

If you enjoy variety, rolling up your sleeves, and making a real impact, this role has your name on it.

Does this sound like you? Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or general repair role.
  • Secondary level of education.
  • Valid driving licence
  • Ability to perform a variety of minor maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

This is how you can hit a few more plus points for this position:

  • Vocational training or certification in general maintenance or a trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, mechanical) will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in building services, basic carpentry, or plumbing tasks preferred.

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical works.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance checks on building facilities, equipment, and furnishings.
  • Assist in moving, setting up, or installing furniture and equipment across company sites.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support team members when required, including preparation of tools and work areas.
  • Report any hazards, damages, or urgent maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
  • Maintain records of completed maintenance tasks and report follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as may be required by the Facilities Manager.

What’s in it for you?

Joining our team comes with a lot of benefits! Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll offer you for being brilliant:

  • No more bills! Free UNLIMITED GO services for your home and mobile
  • Four weeks paid birth-leave for all non-birthing parents

  • A budget to spend on your own personal and/or professional development
