We’re on the lookout for a Business Relationship Manager - Key Clients responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth by managing, developing, and retaining key customers. This role focuses on building long-term, value-driven relationships with top and medium-sized accounts, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded, while identifying opportunities for new business and revenue streams.

- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or commercial management within telecom or ICT sectors.
- Proven track record of managing key customer portfolios and achieving sales and retention targets.
- Proficiency in the use of standard Office Automation tools;
- A valid Driving License;
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.

- A Diploma in Sales, Customer Care, Management or other related subject.

- Manage a portfolio and provide support to top and medium-sized key customers, ensuring sustained revenue growth and customer retention.
- Maintain open communication channels through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to minimise churn and protect revenue.
- Ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met with exceptional service delivery and thorough follow-up.
- Identify new business leads, including potential customers, additional services, and new revenue streams. Reach defined sales and retention targets while contributing to the overall market share of the Group.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to key customers.
- Act as a liaison between key customers, the Sales team, the Business Solutions Team, and other Group companies for proposals, projects, and service delivery.
- Provide operational support to Sales and Business Solutions teams, including follow-ups on requests and proposals.
- Coach, mentor, and support other members of the Business Team to ensure overall team effectiveness.
- Contribute to the general improvement of the Retention Team’s efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all business opportunities are fully exploited.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
- Manage team performance through regular performance appraisals.
- Drive results by monitoring team targets, maintaining accountability, and motivating team members to perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while on duty.
